Far East wins popularity in lake regattas

As one of the most popular boats sailed in lakes and the coastal sailing events, Far East Boats has sailed on Dianshan Lake, Dishui Lake, Dushu Lake, Jinji Lake, Taihu Lake, Fuxian Lake, Qionghai Lake and other great lakes in recent years. Recently, two lakes of Suzhou Taihu Lake and Ningbo Dongqian Lake separately held regattas with FAREAST 28R and FAREAST 23R keelboats.  

On July 8 to 9th, 2017 "Letv sports" Cup China Dongqian Lake Sailing Regatta was held on Dongqian Lake and 10 FAREAST 23Rs welcomed professional sailors and local residents to compete. After several rounds, Team Holland Yomovo won the championship, Team Sword fish and Team Guangzhou Sailing Association respectively got second and third. Mrs. Demolar Du, president of Far East Boats was invited to attend the closing ceremony, which represented the award of "best partner" for the event, and presented the award for the winners. 

On July 7 to 9th, 2017 Suzhou Bay Cup - Gelin Town Champion Sailing Invitational Competition opened in Suzhou Taihu Lake. The event sets up 10 FAREAST 28Rs as one design class and 12 FAREAST 23Rs as Suzhou regional enterprise class. As soon as the competition was issued, the FAREAST 28R class received 24 teams’ applications. Mrs. Demolar Du, president of Far East Boats attended the opening ceremony as a special guest and wished the participants to get good scores. Finally, after the excellent competition, Team China Sailing in, Team Sunrise and Team Xiamen City University Cheng Shin Tire got the Champion, second and third place.
